Film Opens To Rave Reviews And Sold Out Crowd At Glitzy Lake Forest Premiere
CHICAGO, IL---November 17, 2008--- After a five minute, heartfelt standing ovation at the Gorton Center in Lake Forest, Illinois, Richter Studios Co-Founders David and Jeremy Richter had to pinch one another, as their lifelong dream had come true. For two hours and four minutes, a crowd of over 500 watched the feature film docudrama "Discovering Deerpath" magically light up the big screen for its world premiere in Lake Forest, Illinois.
"This is - without question - the best moment of our careers to date," stated Co-Founder Jeremy Richter. "To have seen this all the way through and to do it in such grand style is something that my brother David, myself and the rest of the Richter Studios team will forever be proud of. We never knew our first movie would be about a town, let alone one so close to our Chicago studio. But in retrospect, the way the whole thing played out was the stuff of dreams. We will forever be grateful to Executive Producer Richard Marra and the truly remarkable town of Lake Forest."
"Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that the final movie would have turned out this incredible," stated Executive Producer Richard Marra. "This started out as a small project but it quickly evolved into something much, much bigger. The team at Richter Studios really knocked it out of the park and were an absolute joy to work with."
